Welcome to Broke But Abroad, my second attempt at blogging!
This blog is set up to document all my travels, adventures, mishaps, and struggles as an expat in Germany. I am a “frequent traveler” as I do have a 9-5 job so I do not time full travel. I tend to think of myself as more of a budget traveler as I am a recent college graduate aka I don’t have a lot of money to splurge on traveling. My motto is “Travel cheap, Travel often”. My other motto is “When in doubt, buy”. As you could imagine, these two mottos are terrible to have, especially together. Thankfully, I don’t buy as much material goods and I tend to book more flights then shoes, which was not always the case!
I plan on writing about anything and everything travel related in here. There will be travel itineraries and guides, personal stories, different types of lists, photo diaries, my struggles in Germany, and much more. I am always open to suggestions and ideas, requests, or general improvements about what I am writing about/my writing in general!
